Project Manager - Cornerstone Learning

The service is requested as part of the project Cornerstone (CSOD). Henkel uses Cornerstone Cloud in the area of HR with Learning, Performance and Recruitment tool with various Go Lives in 2022 and Q1-2023 for remaining requirements/deliverables. 

Henkel created detailed requirement documents for enlarging learning module. The project has purpose to enable further functionalities on Cornerstone Cloud Learning solution.

Leistungsbeschreibung / Task Description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

• Create detailed technical landscape & interface design based on high level requirement documents provided in advance by Henkel
• Analyzing the business requirements (mentioned above) with the objective to create a roadmap for the Global Learning platform
• Benchmarking of state to the art solutions according to the business requirements
• Create technical blueprint for interface from SAP on premise to Cornerstone Cloud based on requirement document provided by Henkel in advance
• Document implemented configuration and interfaces related to Henkel by the Cloud Provider
• Manage project deliverables by the basic HR functionalities and requirement

All documentations (incl. roadmap) will be validated and approved by Henkel.

Environments: Henkel SAP HR Systems, Cornerstone Talent Suite, SharePoint

The service of the contractor has the goal to affiliate technical design and configuration documents in place which are state to the art market standards.

Timelines

Project start is 29th of March 2022 with requested project end in Q4 / 2022.
