The service is requested as part of the project above. The Phönix project has the purpose to move the datacentre on premise from the old data centre (DC) to a new provider. 

Leistungsbeschreibung / Task Description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

• Prepare and manage project management reporting (template is delivered by the program management team to contractor in advance) to the Phönix management board to outline goals, current status, milestones and risk if any available;
• Creation of end to end process descriptions for the mutual IAM processes between the new DC vendor and myID, the basis of the documentation are the Henkel IAM process documents and the ones created by Atos, these documents will be provided in advance to the contractor (via contract sharepoint). Henkel will review and approve all documentation.
• Control of end to end testing of all the processes that were defined with the new DC Vendor (as defined above), which are created mutually and validated by Henkel to identify possible gaps and resolve them;
• Preparation of handover materials (only training documentation, in word or power point, which will be validated and approved by Henkel) for the mutual IAM processes in order that the BAU (business as usual) organization can take over after the transition;
• Define the agenda and lead project progress meetings and review sessions within the IAM stream (content, duration and frequency needs to be discussed depending on the needs for each IAM process for the project) that has the purpose to affiliate resolving of gaps through his expertise; 
• Check the current status against the whole project plan with the other streams that the milestones are on track and escalate if any risks are coming. Project plan will be available for all streams during the project.

The service of the contractor has the following goals:

• Check, clarify the content including the validation of Henkel for all IAM Stream DC vendor deliverables for handover to BAU.
