The service is requested as part of the project Cornerstone. Henkel uses Cornerstone Cloud in the area of HR with Learning, Performance and Recruitment tool with various Go Lives in 2020. Henkel created detailed requirement documents for the enlarging recruitment module. The project has the purpose to enable further functionalities on Cornerstone Cloud Recruitment solution.

Leistungsbeschreibung / task description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

• Configuration of Recruitment module in Cornerstone (CSOD) Cloud solution for Henkel based on the requirement documents. These documents will be provided to the consultant in advance phase by phase.
• Document successfully executed test cases of recruitment configuration in Pilot Environment using office templates. If a test is not successful, the will reiterate with the configuration until the is successful.
• Document CSOD recruitment module configuration in Excel Workbook.
• Configure CSOD Recruitment Module in Production Environment based on created configuration document from Pilot environment
• Document successful executed test cases of recruitment configuration in Production Environment using office templates. If a test is not successful, the consultant will reiterate with the configuration until the test is successful.
• Create Operational Documentation on CSOD Recruitment Module for Henkel using office template. Henkel will sign off the documentation

The service of the contractor has the goal to fully implement the requirements of recruitment in Henkel’s CSOD Cloud Solution within the given CSOD framework.
