Task Description

The service is requested as part of the Data Protection project in 2023.

The project has the purpose to implement further data deletion processes and enhance the compliance processes.

• Implement & configure based on requirements provided by Henkel:

• concept for blocking of HCM data via authorization object P_DURATION

• concept for deletion of HCM data in customer tables

• concept for deletion of HCM data in Non-EU countries

• streamline existing deletion tools to foster state-of-the-art deletion in the HR environment

• Analysis in development system to increase speed of data deletion tools and hand-over to dx project manager / application manager to foster technical stability of system

• Documentation of the implemented tools and hand-over to dx project manager for validation and approval.

• The service of the contractor has the goal to facilitate the implementation of the project requirements.

Key Skills

• Experience in SAP ILM, SAP ABAP, SAP HCM as well as Deletion / Blocking of SAP HCM data (Infopye, SAP table, PD structure) via standard ILM solutions or custom ABAP developments.

• Experience with SAP authorizations

• German language is a plus
