The service is requested as part of the project Cornerstone (CSOD). Henkel uses Cornerstone Cloud in the area of HR with Learning, Performance and Recruitment tool with various Go Lives in 2020. Henkel created detailed requirement documents for enlarging the Performance / Talent module. The project has the purpose to enable further functionalities on Cornerstone Cloud Performance solution.

Leistungsbeschreibung / task description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

• Configuration of Performance/Talent module in Cornerstone (CSOD) Cloud solution for Henkel based on the requirement documents. These documents will be provided to the consultant in advance phase by phase.
• Document successfully executed test cases of performance module configuration in Pilot Environment using office template. If a test is not successful, the consultant will reiterate with the configuration until the test is successful.
• Document CSOD Performance module configuration using excel workbook.
• Configure CSOD Performance Module in Production Environment based on created configuration document from Pilot environment
• Document successfully executed test cases of performance/talent module configuration in Production Environment using office template. If a test is not successful, the consultant will reiterate with the configuration until the test is successful.
• Create Operational Documentation on CSOD Performance Module for Henkel using office template. Henkel will sign off the documentation.

The service of the contractor has the goal to fully implement the requirements of performance/talent in Henkel’s CSOD Cloud Solution within the given CSOD framework.
