Project Description

With the current setup of projects to implement BI solutions, and in the course of Henkel’s strategic digitalization campaign, Henkel has to consider the implementation of a vertical data integration architecture within the existing Marketing & Sales platforms. This enables a holistic approach to monitor evolvement of Customers, Products and Projects by markets and metrics for accelerated and improved steering.

It is important to setup a sustainable and persistent vertical infrastructure that is robust, scalable, reliable and performant.

Task Description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

Technical and professional consulting of the CRM team to derive a strategy and approach to setup the environment for a vertical infrastructure.

Professional consulting of software evaluation approach

Define the master data concept for state of the art DAAS (Data as a service) approach.

Professional consulting of project documentation

Professional consulting of guidance for local business users

The service of the contractor has the goal to gain full understanding of the maturity level of the existing application landscape.
