This project is about designing and implementing a new application for the Adhesives business, based on SAP BTP and integrated with SAP ERP and DMS.

Target is to build a regulatory management system as end-to-end solution:

• processing of requests coming from customers regarding chemical or quality compliance of our products
• Reaching out to suppliers for their SDS and other certificates, process their input in our P03 EH&S system
• The replacement of several dozens of Lotus Notes databases
• the writing of Henkel standard documents: versioning, commenting, approving, releasing, reviewing

One project subteam is focusing on SAP EH&S related topics, especially enhancing the SAP EH&S system to enable faster processing of raw material changes incl. understanding the impact on Henkel products.
Also interfaces need to be built from/to SAP EHS and the new Remap app.

Leistungsbeschreibung / task description

The external contractor needs to perform the following tasks independently:

• Consult Henkel dxA PSRA consultants regarding technical implementation options for raised requirements (requirements are collected from the project sub-team by the Henkel consultants and will be explained to the contractor in regular project meetings organized by Henkel)
• According to the aforementioned requirements, create technical designs based on functional designs provided by Henkel for new functionalities in SAP EHS
• Implement those functionalities and perform a unit test to affiliate they are working technically correct before handing them over to Henkel for functional testing
• Create a technical documentation for the developed functionalities; technical docu will be reviewed and signed off by Henkel.

Required project documents are shared via the project Sharepoint / Azure DevOps, where the contractor gets access to.

Timelines / timelines

Remap project phase 1 is expected to go live end of Q1 2022.
Complete project will end in Q2 2023.
