Project description

Project is about further rollout of our PIM (Product Information Management) system which is based on SAP Hybris. PIM is our central platform to manage and publish all marketing and sales relevant product data across channels for internal and external usage. PIM is used by all business units (Adhesive, Beauty Care, Laundry & Homecare) sharing the same hard- and software. For the automated transfer of product data to external partners we plan to use a syndication tool / solution (e.g. Productsup, Salsify) next year. Main tasks will be related to this tool and related PIM rollouts in various countries on a global level.

Task description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

  • Product Content Syndication o Setup automated data transfer between PIM and the syndication tool with the vendor and implementation partner according to Henkel’s requirements o Setup attribute mapping in the syndication tool for the different channels o Align implementation of new channels with syndication tool vendor o Check data quality / completeness and align on necessary changes with Business stakeholders

  • PIM data analysis o Creation of data quality reports o Coordination of data clean-up and data maintenance activities

  • Testing IT related user stories in JIRA

  • Maintain PIM data flow process overviews

  • Stakeholder management and user support related to the mentioned tasks
