Project description
The service is requested as part of the project “Global Job Architecture”. The project has the purpose of implementation of 500 new core profiles in the SAP HR system and then map them to Henkel positions. Core Profiles refer to the job position profiles, and they explain the nature, requirements, and specifications of each job position at Henkel.

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
- Design a process for maintaining Core Profile content and develop concept to automate the process in the future aiming to implement a process to update the content of Core Profiles; the respective documentation of this will be validated and approved by Henkel.
- Design a process for maintaining assignment of Core Profile to job positions in the HR SAP system; the respective documentation of this will be validated and approved by Henkel.
- Preparation of an Excel file to map Core Profiles to approx. 53.000 job positions and handover it to Henkel so that Henkel can run a quality check on Core Profiles assigned to job positions

The tasks mentioned in session 3 need to be covered by mid December 2020 (end date)
