The service is requested as part of the project Cornerstone (CSOD). Henkel uses Cornerstone Cloud in the area of HR with Learning, Performance and Recruitment tool with various Go Lives in 2021. Henkel created detailed requirement documents for enlarging learning module (Finance Integration, Skill Management, MS Teams Integration, Automated E-Mails). The project has purpose to enable further functionalities on Cornerstone Cloud Learning solution.

Leistungsbeschreibung / task description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

• Configuration of Learning module in Cornerstone (CSOD) Cloud solution for Henkel based on the requirement documents. These documents will be provided in advance phase by phase.
• Document executed test cases of learning module configuration in Pilot Environment using Microsoft Office. If the test identified bugs, reiterating with the configuration until the Learning module is running as expected and documented in the requirement document. 
• Document CSOD learning configuration using an Excel Workbook.
• Handover the documentation to Henkel for validation and approval, before moving forward to configuration in production environment.
• Configure CSOD Learning Module in Production Environment based on created configuration document from Pilot environment.
• Document executed test cases learning module configuration in Production Environment using Microsoft Office. If the test identified bugs, reiterating with the configuration until the Learning module is running as expected and documented in the requirement document. 
• Create Operational Documentation on CSOD Learning Module for Henkel using Microsoft Office. Henkel will validate and approve the documentation.

The service of the contractor has the goal to implement the requirements of learning in Henkel’s CSOD Cloud Solution within the given CSOD framework.
