Consultant HR - Configuration Recruitment tool

Project description

The service is requested as part of the project Cornerstone. Henkel uses Cornerstone Cloud in the area of HR with Learning, Performance and upcoming Recruitment tool with various Go Lives in 2019 and 2020. Henkel created detailed requirement documents for recruitment module. The project has purpose to replace Henkel’s current recruitment solution with the Cornerstone Cloud Recruitment solution.

Task description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

·         Configuration of Recruitment module in Cornerstone (CSOD) Cloud solution for Henkel based on the requirement documents

·         Document successful test of recruitment configuration in Pilot Environment

·         Document CSOD recruitment module configuration

·         Configure CSOD Recruitment Module in Production Environment based on created configuration document from Pilot environment

·         Document successful test of recruitment configuration in Production Environment

·         Create Operational Documentation on CSOD Recruitment Module for Henkel

Scope: CSOD Recruitment

The service of the contractor has the goal to fully implement the requirements of recruitment in Henkel’s CSOD Cloud Solution within the given CSOD framework.
