Project description

The service is requested as part of the ACC PIM project. The purpose of the project is to integrate a PIM in the ACC division.

The service includes the following tasks in project management, which are implemented independently by the external contractor:

• Manage and implementation of the project in a highly volatile FMCG environment (Fast-MovingConsumer-Goods) based on the in advance given roadmap

• Coordination of the technical requirements previously defined by Global PIM Development Team, global and local Henkel Marketing and passed on to the consultant.

• Sorting of data according to technical requirement for an import into PIM
• Technical requirements are given in advance

• Validation of digital technical requirements in the Henkel PIM context

• Validation based on: technical quality, completeness of provided data, logical structure of provided data
• defined in advance by Henkel and made available to the consultant for validation
• communication with internal marketing stakeholders only for the purpose of this validation

• Prioritization, planning and management of PIM rollouts on a global level based on in advance given roadmap

• Expert advice for global and local marketing as well as project management on content quality for the rollout of PIM at local level

• requirements of the content quality is given in advance by Henkel

• Creating a structure of information for the PIM rollout
