The service is requested as part of the Data Privacy and GDPR deletion project in 2021. 

The project has the purpose to implement further data deletion processes and enhance the compliance processes. 

Leistungsbeschreibung / Task Description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

Implement & configure based on requirements provided by Henkel in advance via SharePoint list:

• Anonymization of personnel data in SAP BW reports
• Data deletion concept for data sources, infoproviders, process chains, data transfer processes and attributes
• Analysis in development system to increase speed of data deletion tools and hand-over to dx project manager / application manager to foster technical stability of the system.
• Documentation of the implemented tools and hand-over to dx project manager for validation and approval.

The service of the contractor has the goal to facilitate the implementation of the project requirements.

There are no timelines to be adhered to by the contractor during the provision of the service.
