Consultancy / Project work SRC-PDM tool

General project overview:

Convert material information from SAP data model to GDS data model (in SAP P03, convert from IDH based data model to GTIN based data model), provide it via download/export from SAP P03 to separate GDS PIM Tool which is SRC-PDM. PDM tool is used then to publish materials (define which customer should get which material information) to GDS/Henkel's home data pool (1Worldsync).

Provide material master data via PDM tool via Global Data pool to Henkel's customers.

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

The tasks encompasses consultancy related to GDS PIM tool (SRC-PDM).

• Professional consulting during workshops related to the mentioned project
• Professional and technical consulting of adjustments of the functional design
• Build/update SAP import plug-in
• Test and rework of SAP import plug-in
• Build, test and rework EWR export plug-in
• Installation of new test / production environment including data migration
• Professional consulting on guidance of overall testing
• Professional consulting on guidance during the goLive phase
• Professional consulting on trainings for users
• Creation of new country catalogues in case of roll out, including testing
• Technical consulting on requirements related to EWR interface (Henkel France)
